At Yesodei HaTorah, Limudei Kodesh stands at the heart of our mission. From the earliest grades through middle school, boys develop a strong foundation in kriah, Chumash, Mishnayos, and Gemara, guided by rebbeim who understand how to reach each child. We focus on clarity, skills, and a real geshmak for learning, helping boys grow into confident talmidim who feel connected to their Torah and Yiddishkeit.
Our general studies program gives students the tools they need for clear thinking, responsible work habits, and confident communication. Through structured instruction and engaging lessons, boys strengthen essential skills in literacy, numeracy, writing, and problem-solving. We aim for a balanced school day where strong academics and steady growth come together.
Across each division, our staff and curriculum are tailored to the needs of that age, giving boys the skills, confidence, and direction to grow at every stage.

Our preschool gives boys a warm and structured beginning to their school experience.
Children develop early learning habits, social skills, and readiness for kriah in an environment that feels secure and engaging.
The focus at this stage is on building confidence, curiosity, and the foundations for a positive relationship with learning.

The elementary years are a time of steady growth as boys deepen their skills in both Limudei Kodesh and general studies.
As they begin Chumash and Mishnayos, as well as reading, math, and other core subjects, rebbeim and teachers guide them toward clear understanding, solid routines, and responsible work habits.
This stage helps boys move from early skills to more confident, independent learning.

Middle school strengthens the skills and understanding boys need for the next stage of their learning.
The curriculum centers on Gemara, with an emphasis on shakla v’tarya, clear thinking, and steady progress in all areas.
Rebbeim build a strong kesher with their talmidim and guide them in both learning and hashkafah, helping them develop maturity, responsibility, and a solid foundation for yeshiva gedolah.
